Terms & Conditions & Booking Policy

Trading Name: Your Liverpool Stay

Legal Entity: Your Liverpool Stay Limited (Company No. 10398547)

By placing a booking with Your Liverpool Stay, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These govern all direct bookings made via our website, email, or telephone. Guests booking via third-party platforms (such as Airbnb or Booking.com) are also subject to those platforms terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 25% deposit is required to secure all direct bookings.
  • The remaining balance is due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival.
  • A £200 damage deposit must be paid via bank transfer prior to arrival. This is separate from the accommodation cost and is refundable, subject to the conditions outlined in section 4.
  • We only accept bank transfers for direct bookings. Card payments are not accepted through our website.
  • Same-day bookings and last-minute check-ins are accepted up to 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Third-party booking platforms may have different payment procedures, which are handled directly by those platforms.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are given for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
  • Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the cancellation policies listed on those sites.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, but is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and operational constraints.

4. Damage Deposit

  • A £200 damage deposit is required for all direct bookings.
  • The deposit must be paid via bank transfer prior to check-in.
  • The deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of check-out, provided the apartment passes inspection and no damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations are found.

5. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind.
  • Guests must respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
  • Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund and forfeiture of the damage deposit.

6. Identification Requirements

  • No ID is required for direct bookings.
  • ID may be required for bookings made via third-party platforms in accordance with their terms.

7. Cleaning & Housekeeping

  • A £65 cleaning fee applies to each stay.
  • No mid-stay cleaning is provided.
  • Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon departure.

8. Occupancy Limits

  • Each apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
  • Children under 2 years old are allowed over this limit if using a travel cot. A travel cot is provided, but guests must bring their own bedding.
  • Over-occupancy without prior permission may result in immediate termination of the booking.

9. Payments

  • Direct bookings: Payment by bank transfer only. No booking fees or card payments are accepted via our website.
  • Third-party bookings: Payments and terms are handled entirely by the platform used (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).

10. Liability & Insurance

  • Your Liverpool Stay Limited accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to guest property.
  • We are not responsible for personal injury or illness that occurs during your stay.
  • We strongly recommend guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
